I got ‘cheated’ by friend, pulled me to a so-called ‘Party’, who knows, when I reached there, it was a massive Seminar, held in Berjaya Time Square.
I was unhappy got cheated at first, then, I tell myself, “hey, since I’m already there, why don’t I just attend it, if can’t catch my interest, I just go shopping?". With that in mind, I go into the Hall, there has a big banner / poster that displaying “Quick Start”. But to my surprise, there are hell lot of people in that Hall….gosh…
Not to mention, I can’t see any FAT people there at all…..so, with some imagination of my future self-image, I brave myself and go in (remember, people surrounding me are NOT FAT, I'm FAT, how scary and shy)….
Throughout the seminar, 1 follow by another of the speakers came on stage, and express their experiences and their success story that made them ‘retire’ from FAT ‘gang’, and they really made good progress of cutting weight off 5KG in 1 month time….after all the speakers sharing session complete, my friend, called me to do some measurement of my body ‘FAT’….walaueee, I thought it’s only measuring how heavy am I, kanasai…the freaking weighting machine (tell you how much, you won’t believe, RM600 minimum) can measure:
1. Weight
2. % Body FAT
3. %TWB (Total Water Base?)
4. Muscle Mass
5. Phy. Rating
6. BMR??????
7. Metabolic Age
8. Bone Mass
9. Visceral FAT
Wahsai…I only understand weight, probably % Body FAT…..other than these 2, the rest 7 items I have no idea at all what are they. The people here explained in details to me for each of these items, then only I know how serious my body situation is…..anytime can catch a stroke, and that’s it…bye bye life….Scary, isn’t it? So, don’t think you are only FAT, your Health is at RISK too!
Ohh….almost forgot to tell, after I tried the ‘FORMULA’, for the 1st week itself, I had lost weight of 1.2KG, and all the 9 items reduces…..It’s Unbelievable! (I got very ‘Thick’ Experience of many many many many XXX products and NONE of them work so efficiently and yet, in a very short duration can obtained positive results!)
